Bought my road bike over after I was having a nightmare indexing the gears. They fellow behind the counter (didn't get his name sadly) was brilliant. He started looking at the bike and highlighted some of other issues I had noticed, without me even mentioning them. I've been meaning to write a review for a while as we've had to use the amazing service of the team at Pedal Power multiple times for my son's bike! Every time we have called up or called in, every member of the team we have spoken with has been very helpful, honest and courteous and we can't thank them enough. They are very reliable and have fixed every issue that my son has had with his bike. This place has everything a biking beginner or professional could want. Its an Aladdin cave of everything you could wish for and the best service from great knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. If you want to buy a bike that comes with service knowledge and a friendly person who will go the whole nine yards to keep you happy then buy from these guys.
