Q: Do I need to book my bike in for repair/servicing?
A: Not at all. Our policy is that if you can get the bike to us by midday then we can get it back the same day. Subject to ordering specialist parts. No need to ring. Just bring it in
Q: What are your opening and closing times?
A: Mon to Sat- 9am-5:30pm. Closed on Sundays. We also don’t close for lunch!
Q: Where can I park near your shop?
A: There are 4 30 min parking slots just down the road outside Londis within the bus stop. Also, you can turn into the side road on Oxford road just past the shop coming from the town.
Q: Do you buy bikes?
A: We generally part exchange your old bike if you are buying a new bike from us but on occasion we will buy a bike from you subject to condition and what’s needed to service it to a safe and sellable standard.
Q: Do you offer a collection & delivery service?
A: Unfortunately as all our time is taken up by offering quick turn arounds for you bike so you can carry on riding.
